Popis pozice	A unique opportunity to be at the birth of a team that will be the leader of automation projects in the Motherson SAS group! You can look forward to: * Design tools for robot cells (Pick & Place, tightening, clipping). * Design layout & equipment (robot cells, conveyors, trolleys, feeding system, Karakuri,..). * Supplier management to build in solutions. We are looking for an enthusiast who is not afraid of new projects, negotiations and travel if needed 50 %. The appropriate profile should have experience with: * 3D Design of equipment and layouts. * Deep knowldge on 3D design (Autodesk - Autocad). * Manage manufacturing of design parts. * Analysis and optimization of complex processes in assembly and logistics. * Knowledge on assembly process (tightening, clipping, placing, conveyors,...). * Automobile industrie (experience more than 2 years) as well as in assembly and logistics processes. It will be an advantage if you have experience with: * Optimizing assembly process through new automated solutions (robot, AGV, assembly lines, karakuries, trolleys,...). * General Knowledge on assembly process and automation (tightening, clipping, placing, conveyors, AGV,...). * Organizational skills.
