How to import 3D CAD data into Autodesk FormIt?

A - answer The mobile application Autodesk FormIt 4.x for iPad and Android tablets offers - besides interactive 3D modeling and reading data from Google Earth - also loading of precise CAD models from other applications.

The 3D import function can be found under the Import icon:

3D models are loaded from your storage on the Autodesk 360 cloud. FormIt supports the SAT and OBJ file formats. The imported model can be then edited using the standard FormIt gestures.
