at the moment i use acad 2006 witch i think is acad16 i am thinking of up grading to 2009 i use it for designing model aircraft and laying out parts for cnc router and need to do more 3d stuff

I use AutoCAD 2009 at home, but at work I use CADWorX Plant 2007 and Map 2008, simply because that's what my company provides.
I prefer CAD 2009 because the new features make it much more versatile. |

AutoCad 2006 standard because the Express functions are in.
LDT and Civil 3D for long sections and cross sections (I'm a civil engineer).
My question is what tools or add-ons are you all using to work more quiqly and good.

it was an interesting question i thought . since i am in to machining parts to bikes, it was interesting to see what software other designers used. that is why i came up with the idea to post a similar question here. |
