When you first start AutoCAD Freestyle you get a simple option to familiarize yourself with the new interface which is simple and intuitive, watch a video, or start drawing.

The interface is so very easy even a monkey, caveman, or a lawyer could use it. The cursor is a simple pencil and you just draw and dimension without worrying about commands, layers, dimension styles etc. This is for your friends designing a deck or a mancave for all the guys to hang out in.

You can import DWG files and use them as a reference as well as save your designs in DWG to share with Autodesk products like AutoCAD and Revit.
