TTF fonts are to be installed in Windows - just right-click on the TTF file and choose Install.

and i select it from STYLE in autocad.. but it doesn't work.. so any idea then please reply me.. ASAP |

SHX fonts are not to be installed to the OS - just copy the .SHX file to your AutoCAD fonts folder and select it in the
STYLE dialog.
