Running programs from a flash drive isn't generally a good idea.  But you can do this:

(1) Download separately the Design Review installation program (SetupDesignReview2013.msi) and put it on on your USB;
(2) put the DWF file you want to share on the USB; and
(3) install the Design Review program on the remote/non-internet computer.

From then on that remote computer will be able to open DWF files.

Thank you. However, my problem is not 2D, I could have made PDFs and this I do it every day. My problem is 3D created in Revit which I want to play, that is rotate my 3D model in other than Autodesk Design Viewer (which is not installed in the computer I want to use and won't be able to install), 360 which needs connection to the internet and the computer I'm going to use does not have internet connection.

 I tried doing it from Windows and there are no options that would work. I would appreciate any other idea. Thanks again.

Try the DWFx file format - 2D DWFx files can be displayed directly in Windows. See the tips.

I need to show a dwf model in a computer that does not have internet access. My idea was to install the dwf viewer in a flash drive and have the file I want to show in the same flash drive.
How do I install the dwf viewer in a flash drive? Or maybe, there is a better solution.
Thank you
