There are two ways to upload documents to the Autodesk 360 cloud:

  1. To Autodesk 360 from the website;  or,
  2. To Autodesk 360 from the desktop Autodesk Sync companion program.

It sounds as if you were trying this with #1, and I have a feeling that only works with individual files.  Folders may not be supported.  Try the desktop companion program instead.  The Autodesk 360 desktop companion runs as an application in the taskbar notification area.

I read a tip in this forum about being able to drag and drop folders to my cloud storage but it's not working for me.
I created a "Revit Families" folder in 360, opened it, and tried dragging and dropping folders from my local hard drive and they won't go.
Is it possible to do this?
Thanks
