I am modifying an existing drawing and all attempts to hatch appear to work on the comand line but do not show up in the drawing.

When I import a block with hatching, the hatching disappears in the drawing.

Is it possible that hatching has been turned off?

How would I turn it back on?

I am using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Thanks

Maybe it is the LAYER that the hatching is on that is turned off or frozen?

The key point may be this is happening to you in C3D.  The final answer will most likely be found in a styles setting somewhere.  And there are WAY too many style variables for anyone here to be able to help you.  You may almost need to find a local C3D user for guidance I'm afraid, or provide more specific information on what you're doing.

Thanks for your response.

I ended up copy/pasting into a new drawing. Hatch functioned fine.

The blocks I had imported with hatching, displayed hatch.
