Please could anybody let me know, what advantage & disadvantage I have with AoutCAD Vanilla,at my workplace everybody are beeing issued a AutoCAD Vanilla Version!?

Compared to what?  Another CAD program?  Manual drafting?  An AutoDesk vertical product?  Apples?  Oranges?

There is a comparison matrix at the AutoDesk website that should give you a good idea of the differences between the two programs.
