I know that most of this forum is related to Autodesk.
A fork of blender has been started in order to get cad utils to the popular opensource aplication, mainly used for 3d content for games and vfx. I like the idea of "owning" the source. All is going on cloud and service based, and cad work it's valuable, and should be reutilizable during time, and not be depending of a service or file-format issues. Also mostly is only for Windows: there are no more choices ? http://www.mechanicalblender.org https://blenderartists.org/forum/showthread.php?395814-Mechanical-Blender Edited by wepala - 30.Aug.2016 at 17:25 |
