Autodesk Memento is an end-to-end solution for converting any captured reality input (photos or scans) into high definition 3D models that can be cleaned up, fixed, and optimized for the web, mobile, or 3D printing / fabrication. It started out on Autodesk Labs as Project Memento. Over the Labor Day Weekend, my entire family attended the ASU versus Texas A&M football game in Houston. It did not end well — definitely a game not worth remembering. On the flight home, I completed the crossword puzzle while I waited for us to take off. Imagine my surprise: LinkedIn users can check out what's new with Autodesk Memento via our Reality Computing group. Alternatively, anyone can go directly to the site. Souvenirs are alive in the lab.
