Question:
 
Is it possible that the ltscale changes when I change my plotscale?
 
Does the textsize also change when the above is possible?
 
I would be very happy if someone knows if this is possible.

ltscale doesn't change, but the scale of printed lines depends on the variable  PSLTSCALE and on dependence on it may depends on the viewport scale (when printing from layouts).
ltscale isn't related to textsize. But if you want to change text size in accordance with a scale of printing (viewport), see the scales of notices (only AutoCAD2008 and later) in help, it can be aplied to a text, dimensions, blocks, hatches...
