Hi

I use Revit and Magicad (currently student) and i'm having trouble with computerspeed. I was thinking of buying a new workstation computer and would input on the hardware needed. For example I'm unsure whether I should go for a CPU with more cores or more clockspeed. As I understand it the former is preferred for rendering and the latter for modelling (?)
I was thinking of going for something like one of these two:

They also pretty much match my max budget.
I would really like some input on the two configurations, any changes to them or any advice at all, thank you. I should emphasize that I don't mind building it myself.

BR Jonas
