    Posted: 18.Nov.2008 at 08:38
Hello all,

I am using AutoCAD2009 and for some reason it has just started stalling the cursor over everything which is active, including lines, text, images whatever.

So, when i move the cursor across the screen it stalls multiple times and is extremely frustrating.

Is there a snap option I need to turn off or something? I have tried turning off a few different ones but it doesn't seem to help.

Thanks

Hey barry,

Thanks for the F9 suggestion, unfortunately this didn't help.

What I have now found is that if I switch profiles this seems to stop the problem. The profile which gives me the issues is customisation that I got of the Queensland Government, maybe there is something in it which is causing the problem.

The customisation probably includes a template however it also includes a number of other settings etc as when it loads it own profile, which includes specific settings, as well as new toolbars which include some macro options etc. So, in short, i think it is more than just a template, that is ofcourse unless i misunderstand the power of templates.

Thanks

Thanks, I gave that a go and it seems to have made it a lot better, it still seems to be a little less than smooth however much much better, appreciate your help.
