Do you mean the stacked text? Or the graph of it?
The stacked text can be entered as:
x1/y1
in MText and confirming the stack prompt. Or selecting the text and picking Stack/Fraction in the context menu. If the "1" should be displayed as lower index, it may become more complicated and you will need to use formatting codes manually (or an OLE object).

Subscript inside a stacked fraction doesn't seem to be a possibility.  You can do this:

but only because the superscript 2 is available as an ALT+ code [253 or 0178], and ALT+ characters can be included in what fraction-stacking will work with.  It's not really a superscript 2, but just an "image" of one.  There are a few other characters available as superscript-look like that, but not just anything.  I don't see any subscript types in the list of ALT+ codes.  The Symbol pull-down in the Mtext editor ribbon can get you to "Other" symbols in a character map, which seems to have a few subscript characters (varies with the font), but I didn't find numbers.

So, what should I do? I can do the fraction by using stack, but I can't do the subscript. Or, I can do the subscrípt by using stack, but I can't do the fraction. You need to choose one of them.

The subscript/superscript method is viable in most cases - just make sure you are using a font with the full Unicode character set (e.g. Arial Unicode or Times New Roman). Then e.g. the "subscript 1" is the Unicode character \U+2081.

Just type it in the text - it will autoconvert to the subscript 1 (if you have the right font).

I hadn't thought of Unicode characters.  They work for this, with two drawbacks that I see, though they may well be worth the trouble:
Not all fonts can deal with them;
It's more complicated to edit them, such as to change from a subscript 1 to a subscript 2.

What about the other numbers beside one?
What its unicode codes are?
What about tens, hundreds, thousands, and so on?

I would like to create the subscript of 4 using Unicode code. I browse on Google of what is the Unicode code of subscript of 4 and the answer is "U+2084". The font I'm using is Times New Roman. You said, I need to just type the Unicode code of subscript of 4 which is "U+2084" in the text of AutoCAD. Why nothing is happened? Help me please.
