hello, this is my First post.

Is it possible to lock a block, other than the properties in block editor to tick "Allow exploding".
I remember a few years back I was able to use "minsert" and then whatever block i inserted would not be possible to explode.

but after trying it with 2021 version, its exploding like every other blocks.

Im trying to lock the title blocks because of the signatures in it.

thank you

There is no "safe" method of protecting a block from exploding, you can always override it somehow. It is easier to protect the whole DWG drawing.
