Is it possible to draw an arc with a starting & ending point & length of arc? Is there a vlips for it 'cause I can't find anything of that kind even from custom icons?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks. It could be achieved after some mathemathetical operations but it would have been much easier/practical if the proposed command was available, specially when working in precision for development of curved intersetion.
