Thanks you for your ideeas, but my ideea it was like this: if I have inserted some blocks (ex: manholes) somethign to generate me one word file with some predesigned texts to describe the work with pipes and this type of manholes I use like blocks in autocad drafting.

Check this tip from Xenadu: http://www.cadforum.cz/cadforum_en/qaID.asp?tip=6041

There is a software, but it can only extract attributes in blocks, if your blocks are all attribute ones, you may be interested in this one.
http://www.autodwg.com/AttributeExtraction/

You can try the command line, because in command line of this software, to extract does not request template files, just extract and you will get .txt/.csv/.xls. Hope this is also what you are looking for.

I want to ask you all if you know if is posible (or maybe there is allready a software) to generate a text in word after a plan from autocad.
I am a Civil engineer and after I make a plan and cross sections for a road I must describe what I made in my design. What I want is like this: something (soft or lisp ...  etc ) to read my blocks and my layer names from autocad plan and to generate a word file with some predefined texts that I made previous and after that only to change some parts or to improve the text.
Thanks you all you will respond me.
