hi , i am new to 3d max , how can we insert a block like tree or car or another drawing into our scene , like we usualy do in autocad thx.

it depends...if your file is 3ds,obj.etc. you can import it, you can merge it but your file acad..so you file link manager........hey try this www.modelfree.com all you want is here....i hope it helps you..
