Hi everyone! This is m first post, and i thank in advance any help from 
the forum members.

I started recently on a new job and, although having had CAD on school i
 cant find/remenber a way to draw this pad / fiducial in a GC Cam 
Editor, for steel stencils fabrication.

How can i insert an image from my computer in the  post?
