I am having some weird issues with 3DS Max Design since updating to 64 bit windows 7.

I have updated my GPU drivers, installed the lates service pack for max, switched between openGL, Directx 9, Directx 10.

As you can see in the screenshot I've linked, the most apparent problem is with my popup menu.  It has a weird ghosting effect.  My max keeps freezing and lagging as well.  My model is not very big at all, yet it keeps slowing way down and freezing.

Anyone have any ideas?

What are you system specs?

What graphics chip/card do you have installed?

When did the problem first occur?

Well I just received a PC upgrade here at work a few weeks ago.  This is the first time I've used max since the upgrade.  Here are my specs:

Windows 7 Enterprise, 64bit
2 x Intel Xeon E5630 @ 2.53ghz (8 cores total)
12 GB DDR3 PC3-10600
Nvidia Quadro 4000

So you can see my PC is quite capable.  No one here at work can seem to figure out what is wrong.
