Hello, I am starting with autodesk inventor, I have some previous knowledge of autocad so drawing is pretty easy. Well I am thinking about building a racing motion simulator, so I started drawing the race seat, BUT I drew like 4 or 5 pieces in the same *.ipt file and then when I tried to do the assembly I open a new standard.iam and placed the component, but its acting all like ONE piece or part. So my question is: should I create each piece on a different *.ipt file or there is some way to separate them from the file or something like that?
Thanks in advance
