Hello,

We need to convert a bungh of CATIA V5 part files into STEP. I was thinking of using stand-alone converters like CADFix or Transmagic & doing a mass cakculation check afterwards. I don't have much experience in this. Is a mass check enough to protect against dangling edges/unsewn surfaces etc.? What kind of problems can I expect to run into. Can anyone please give me some suggestions?

Thanks.
