What you mean a caption? Names, filenames of blocks?
best way to rename files is use some file manager which have tool for batch rename eg.: Altap Salamander or Total Commander.

I mean:
I have a building plan. And I have many copies of one block on it. For example, many Ugly Corpses in a morgue. I gotta mark each other with unique name, at least enumerate em, but better - custom text. And I want a Corpse and a Caption for it to be kind of ONE object, mean, when I move a Corpse, text automatically moves with it together. Is there any way to do it?

Would you like move it into the other DWG or same DWG file?
When You would like move to other DWG file, you need write the value/caption block as a default value for attribute of block..
