Go to your layout and create a viewport. A viewport is just a window that allows us to see the objects we have created back in model space. It is the viewport that a scale is assigned to. All objects created in model space should have been drawn full size. One does not draw "to scale" in model space like they would if they were manually drafting.
BTW....after you have your viewport set up the way you want, with the scale you want, make sure to lock the display so that you do not inadvertently change it.
Will text and dimensions be included in the drawing?

Oh Thank you Sir. I will try this right away. Yes, the dimensions and text will be included. Can you also send me some screen shots on how to do this... I'm in the rush.. I really don't have time to experiment in this span time.

Text and dimensions can go in model space or in the layout as either method will work. Note however that depending on where you place these elements the approach will be different.
What kind of drawing is this? Mechanical, civil, architectural, other?
You cannot learn AutoCAD in a rush. It doesn't work that way. Tutorials about Text, MText and Dimensioning can be found at mycadsite.com which is free.
