Thank Vladimir for your reply. I saw the page in the download section but I can't download the file. The link takes me to the official page, but Autodesk has deleted all files prior to version 2022. I tried contacting Autodesk, but they say they don't provide support for older versions.

But the file downloads fine from Autodesk (at least here) - have you tried:
https://www.cadforum.cz/en/download.asp?fileid=2816 (some web browsers may complain that "the file cannot be downloaded securely" but just confirm that warning)
