Totally need some help here:

Imiagine your in an assembly file, with one grounded .ipt and one iam....

The .iam has a dynamic part within it (free moving, non-constrained)
I want to constrain said dynamic part using a different part from within an active assembly file.

But when i click to edit the iam (and constrain the part), inventor freezes all other parts so i cant reference/chage/edit them. It is supposed to.

How can i get around this, and constrain a part in an assembly using another part from within the same acitve assembly?
And would it remain adaptive?

Oh yeah i'm running inventor 2010Wink
