I also did try 'test analysis' and had some pre warnings but proceeded and I leave the computer for 2 days running and finally have the results. I think you should try to do the same

yes, it runs the analysis and shows deflection and stress, just didn't know if there was an issue with my model.  Will I be safe to leave it as is then?

Using Inventor 2014 and I am trying to run a Simulation for a Stress Analysis and before I hit run, I have a Warning that says that there are no contacts attached to 4 different bodies of my assembly.  It will let me run the simulation with the warnings, but have no idea why this is showing up even though I have a number of different bonds associated with each body.  Any Ideas?
