Hi,

A user of ours is having trouble signing into his Autodesk account through Revit due to proxy restrictions.

He can log into his Autodesk account through AutoCAD, but not through Revit, so presumably the URL that the software is trying to take him to differs from one piece of software to the other.

Can anyone provide a list of the URLs needed to grant access through Revit, as we will need to tweak our proxy server settings accordingly?

Thanks in advance,
Paul

For further clarification on my original post, the user is using Revit 2014.

We have tested in Architecture 2014 and it works as expected, so it's not a problem that is effecting all of the 2014 software, just Revit it would seem.

Thanks,
Paul
