This error message indicates that you are trying to run an Express Tools command but Express Tools are not installed or not loaded ("acet-error-init" is usually the first ET function called so it fails as the first).

Try to start the EXPRESSTOOLS command. If it fails, install Express Tools using the standard AutoCAD setup installer (Add component).
