If you want to find DWG files containing a block (e.g. the title block) with a specified attribute value (e.g. the drawing number, job number, product name, etc.), you can use the funtion Search in the AutoCAD module DesignCenter (ADC, Ctrl+2).

In the DesignCenter palette run Search (the globe icon with spyglass) and on the Advanced tab select Containing "Attribute value" and enter the searched text. DesignCenter locates all drawings in the specified path that contain the given text in any attribute of any block.

ADC - search text 'test' (CZ version)
