If you want to convert your 3D models from CAD software like AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Inventor or Revit to the simplified publishing format glTF 2.0 (e.g. for Facebook), you can use e.g. export to FBX or OBJ and then convert this file to glTF using the FBX2glTF tool or with Paint 3D in Windows 10.
