You can set and retreive "environment" variables in AutoCAD LT with the SETENV and GETENV commands but there is no command to delete such variable completely.

If you really need to remove a custom variable previously set by SETENV (not just assign it to " "), you can do this in the Registry.

E.g. for AutoCAD LT 2013, you can find the SETENV variables in:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\AutoCAD LT\R18\ACADLT-B001:405\FixedProfile\General

Just remove the requested registry value with the name of your variable.
