To uninstall AutoCAD use the applet Add/Remove Programs in Windows Control Panels.
Never remove AutoCAD by simple deleting its program files on disk.
Also if you want to move AutoCAD to another folder or another disk, it is not possible to only move its files - you have to uninstall it and reinstall to the new location.
