How to add ARX support to AutoCAD LT?

You have to buy the LTX add-on by ManuSoft. This application allows to develop ObjectARX applications for AutoCAD LT. Existing ARX applications can be run in AutoCAD LT with no recompile required.

LTX is no longer offered separately. Internal support in ManuSoft's utilities has been dropped after LT 2019.

You can use AutoLISP add-ons in AutoCAD LT since its version 2024.
