No, the raster and OCR application Raster Design R3 is compatibile only with the 2002 product family (AutoCAD 2002, Land Desktop 3, Map 5, Architectural Desktop 3.3, Autodesk Building Systems, AutoCAD Mechanical 6, Mechanical Desktop 6) and higher (2004, 2005, 2006...).
