How to transfer installed Express Tools from AutoCAD 2000 to the version 2000i or 2002?

See the Autodesk Technical document TS59037:
on www.autodesk.com/autocad-support enter the search term TS59037.

In the 2004 and 2005 application families, Express Tools are already part of the installation media.
