You can try AUDIT and RECOVER (try to Recover it in an older version of AutoCAD or LT first). If there are Xrefs in your DWG, recover the Xrefs first. Also try to insert the complaining DWG in an empty drawing.

Your drawing is currupted or contains data from the Genius add-on application.
