Framed text in leader dimensions.

A - answer If you want to draw a frame around the text in the leader dim use the QLEADER command.

Run QLEADER > Settings, on the Annotation tab check Frame text and exit with OK. Draw the leader and enter the annotation text. It will be framed automatically.
