Undocumented command for regen in 3D mode.

The standard REGEN command doesn't work in AutoCAD 3D display modes (Shademode) - visual styles are regenerated automatically as needed. If, for any reason, you need to invoke a regen of a 3D view manually, use the undocumented AutoCAD 2008 (2009) command REGEN3.
