AutoCAD forgets my customization and enhancements of the toolbars.

If your next AutoCAD session does not reflect the changes and customizations done on the dashboard, toolbars and menu, you have probably switched off saving of the workspace changes.

Run the WSSETTINGS command and switch on the option "Automatically save workspace changes".
