I have turned off the preview window displayed automatically on camera editing and I don't know how to turn it on again.

This window can be turned on using the context menu on the camera icon - righ-click on the camera icon (CAMERADISPLAY=1) and in the context menu choose "View Camera Preview".

In the "Camera preview" you can then check the checkbox "Display this window when editing a camera" to display the window automatically next time.
