To display a rounding character you can use the following Unicode symbols in AutoCAD:
  
 \U+2245 equal with a swung dash  
 \U+2250 equal with a dot
You have to select one of the fonts that contain mathematical symbols (e.g. Arial Unicode, Lucida Sans Unicode, etc.).
