Q - question

Ribbon and its appearance on dual-screen configurations.

A - answer The AutoCAD ribbon in a docked or tab-minimized status may display on the second (wrong) monitor in a dual-screen configuration.

First check which monitor is the "primary" one. It may be important whether your AutoCAD window is maximized or just manually sized for the whole screen.

Try to mouse-drag your AutoCAD window in a maximized state to the other monitor.

You can also try to undock the ribbon, to use its vertical appearance, or to "tear-off" its individual tabs and place them on a free space on one of your monitors.
