Q - question

How do I measure or enter distances along a curve in Fusion 360?

A - answer How to measure distance from the origin of a curve, along that curve (path)?

In Autodesk Fusion 360, you can easily measure direct distances between two points. If you need to measure a length along a given curve, you can conveniently use the "Plane Along Path" construction command (3D MODEL > CONSTRUCTION > Plane Along Path). This creates a construction plane perpendicular to the given trajectory (curve) at a specified distance from the origin - relative or absolute distance. To measure, select the "Distance Type" to Physical.

You can specify the position of the plane by dragging the arrow. You can also enter the distance numerically, directly in the dialog.
