Q - question

How to make a 3D solid from a series of profile outlines?
A - answer If you have a series of sequential 2D profile outlines (cross sections of a tunnel, profiles of a windsurfing board, etc.), you can create a 3D solid or 3D surface from them using the lofting process.

Start the LOFT command and pick the sequence of profiles. You can also select a path for lofting, smooth the resulting body, set draft angles, etc.

Another option is using the SWEEP command.
