Express Viewer doesn't display properties of individual drawing objects.
A - answer Properties of the selected entities (Properties window) are displayed only with objects and properties published using the "Interoperability and Productivity Extension" for Architectural Desktop 2004.
E.g. the door object can display the manufacturer's name, material or fire class.

Architectural Desktop 2005 supports full publishing of AEC object properties. You can view them in Autodesk DWF Viewer and DWF Composer.
