How to fillet 3D polylines?

A - answer Filleting 3D curves is not possible in plain AutoCAD.

Autodesk Land Desktop offers the function:
Terrain > 3D Polylines > Fillet 3D Polyline

Similarly, in AutoCAD Civil 3D you can use the command FilletFeature.

In Mechanical Desktop you can use the amfillet3d command.
