I WANT TO CONVERT A LOT OF DWG FILES TO PDF, IS THERE ANY POSSIBLE I CAN DO THIS ONLY ONCE, NOT ONE BY ONE.

You can use any batch plot tool (ScriptPro, Publish, Sheet Set Manager...) to plot your DWG drawings to PDF. Either to a single multipage PDF or to multiple PDF files.

I got one more question here now. how can get to pdf file when I use publish because it always shows publish to dwf . how can I switch to pdf.

you will want to import a layout for your drawings. there will be a second pull down menu afterwards where you can select pdf, printers, etc...
