I have been encountering a problem plotting certian files that I cannot explain....the plotter simply stops halfway thru the page and scrolls the rest of the sheet out.
I had been using AutoCAD 2006 for a little over a year before it firsts started happening; I did all the usual tricks; re-install, update the plotter drivers (it's an HP Design Jet 500), re-allocated the memory processing....all to no avail. It only happened on certain files but even then not EVERY time....and once or twice it happened on a pdf as well.
Upgraded to AutoCAD 2008 recently and things were fine for about 3 month...then the same thing started happening again. This is essentially what I'm getting:

...and it's driving me MAD!!!

I can print to our A4 and A3 machines no problems and pdf's seem to be OK now.

Any ideas??
